1. Access to Services
DXA offers highly personalized lifestyle, coaching, and concierge services available exclusively to accepted clients. Access to some services may be limited to Inner Circle members, subject to eligibility, vetting, and availability. DXA reserves the right to accept or decline any request at our discretion without obligation to provide reasoning.
2. Bookings, Deposits & Payment
All service requests must be confirmed by DXA in writing. Certain services may require:
A 40% deposit to secure bookings
Pre-payment of agreed fees
Signing of additional agreements (for rentals, events, or retreats)
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility may vary by service and will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Client Conduct & Confidentiality
All DXA clients are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and discretion. DXA reserves the right to terminate any service or client relationship, without refund, in cases of misconduct, abusive behavior, or reputational risk.
All client information, personal preferences, and correspondence are handled with strict confidentiality. DXA also expects discretion from clients regarding proprietary systems, pricing, or internal operations.
4. Use of Website Content
The DXA website, including all written content, visuals, logos, and layout, is protected intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written consent from DXA.
5. Third-Party Services
Where DXA acts as a connector to third-party providers (e.g., chefs, villas, yachts, spas, or transport), we will exercise discretion in partner selection, but we are not responsible for the performance of third-party services. Clients must comply with any additional terms imposed by those providers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DXA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Clients assume responsibility for decisions made based on information or introductions facilitated by DXA.
7. Updates to Terms
DXA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version will always be available on this page.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict of law principles.
